This policy explains what personal information Gallavant LLC ("we") collects, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone, email, messages, and details you enter when you book an RV, ask about a listing, or respond to an offer (including a typed name used as a signature).
- Public property records: to find land and send offers, we use public records such as county assessor and tax data (owner name, mailing address, parcel details).
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card brand and last four digits), never the full card number.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), used for security and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To answer you, provide rentals, buy and sell land, process payments, send offers and follow-ups by mail, keep required records, and protect the site from spam and fraud.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our mail-printing service, email delivery, website hosting, and title or escrow companies when a sale closes — and when required by law.
Your choices
- Stop mail from us: email trevan@gallavantventures.com with your name and mailing address.
- Access, correct or delete: contact us and we'll respond within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example, completed transactions and tax records).
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that sign you in or take payments use cookies only as needed to work.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
