Refund & Cancellation Policy

RV rentals

These terms apply to rentals booked directly with us. Rentals booked through Outdoorsy or another platform follow that platform's cancellation policy shown at checkout.

Cancel 30 or more days before pickup: full refund of your reservation deposit.
Cancel 14–29 days before pickup: 50% refund of amounts paid.
Cancel fewer than 14 days before pickup, or no-show: no refund.
If we cancel (for example, the RV can't safely be rented): full refund of everything you paid.
Security deposit: refunded within 7 days after return, less documented charges for damage, missing items, extra miles, cleaning or fuel as set out in the rental agreement.
Early returns: unused days aren't refunded unless we agree in writing.

Land purchases

Reservation / down payment made online: fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days of paying and before signing the purchase agreement, or if we can't deliver the title described in the listing.
After the purchase agreement is signed: refunds, cancellation and default are governed by that agreement and the promissory note or land contract.
Document fees cover preparing and recording documents and are non-refundable once the documents are prepared.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we process them.
